This charming 115 m² apartment with mountain views can accommodate up to 10 guests and is located in the village of Err. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), bunk bed (sleeps 2) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa-bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), a kitchenette and an en-suite shower room with WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron.

Exterior:
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Err, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park for free on the town's streets, close to the apartment.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Err, 110m with the Petit Train des Pyrénées.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes 97 km away (approx. 1h35 by car)
