Ready to go? We will take you into the world of races, racing drivers and fast cars during your stay at this Grand Prix lodge.
The special interior is dedicated entirely to the striking colours of Martini Striping, the former main sponsor of racing heroes Helmut Marko and Gijs van Lennep.
They won the 24 Hours of Le Mans together in 1971 under the Martini banner.
Imagining yourself a racing driver? Challenge your travel companions to a race on the Formula 1 circuit, a stone's throw from the park, or get behind the wheel of one of the race simulators in the lodge. This unique detached lodge can accommodate 6 people.
The living room has a seating area.
The kitchen includes a dining area, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee capsule machine and a tap for boiling and sparkling water.
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower.
Will you be a group of 5 or 6? Use the folding beds.
The lodge has a garden with a veranda.
The entire lodge has underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi.
There is space for 1 car in the central car park.
For any additional cars, there is ample parking in the immediate vicinity of the park (payable). Relaxation, nature and adventure If you stand on your tiptoes, you can see the sea.
Turn around and a little further down the road is the Formula 1 circuit. In Zandvoort everything comes together: relaxation, nature and adventure.
The park even has an outdoors fitness area.
And your holiday home is top notch: modern and fully equipped and a terrace with lounge set in front of the door.
What will it be today? Fancy striking a ball at The Dunes golf course? Let the adrenaline flow on the circuit? Rent a bike and go out? Or just take a book to the beach and nothing else? Almost everything is within walking distance, nice and easy.

And despite all this activity, you are still in the middle of nature.
Take a lovely spontaneous walk through the dunes and on the beach.
Or walk along VVV Zandvoort for a beautiful walking or cycling route.
Day out from Zandvoort? Haarlem has one of the most beautiful city centres in the Netherlands and is less than 10 km away. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park.
A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed.
As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking.
Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot. From 25 to 28 June 2026, Luminosity Festival will take place near the park.
It may be busier than usual on and around our park.
During this period, a deposit of €400 applies for 4-person accommodation and €700 for accommodation for more than 4 people.
This deposit applies to all guests, even if you do not attend the festival.
Make sure your IBAN number is entered under “My Details” so we can refund the deposit after your stay. At this holiday park, setting off fireworks of any kind is prohibited on New Year’s Eve, and the park carries out checks to enforce this.
However, fireworks in the vicinity of the park cannot be ruled out.

We hebben niet gezwommen. Slecht weer buiten. De wind waaide door het huis bovenverdieping, ondanks goede isolatie!

Küchenausstatung war sehr gut. Sauberkeit im Bad klasse. Hausinformationen am TV sehr nützlich.
Fliegengitter wären optimal, da sehr viele Insekten im Haus. Der Terrassenbereich könnte an diesem Haus gepflegter sein.

Die schönen Details die das Thema Rennsport und die Martini Farben überall verfolgten, die Idee mit den den zwei Sitzen, Lenkrädern und Bildschirmen - für Autobegeisterte eine tolle Kombination
Die Ausstattung des Hauses war ebenfalls super und komplett
Wir lieben modere Architektur und schöne Ideen - das war hier zu 100 % gegeben
Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können
A) bei der Übergabe
B) grundsätzlich - beim Abziehen der Betten (muss man selber machen) waren die Matratzen schon „naja“
