In this area there is a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a large, functional and well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub.
The open-plan, traditional-style living room and dining room invite you to share special moments, while the fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the outside promises fine dining experiences.
This place is a haven of relaxation, where every element has been designed to provide comfort, well-being and moments of conviviality.

AREA This property is located in the west of the island, more specifically in Estreito da Calheta, the area with the most sun exposure on Madeira Island.
About 5 minutes away by car you can visit the centre of Calheta where you'll find the Museum of Contemporary Art, a yellow sand beach, a marina, several restaurants and a supermarket.
Nearby, you'll find some essential services such as a supermarket, a grocery store, a café and a pharmacy.
GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer.

It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property.

We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request.
There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta.
Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Rustige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht en veel vers fruit in de grote tuin.
1-persoons bedden wat kort en kraakten flink. We misten een goede koekenpan.
Bed en badlinnen waren schoon. Huisje lag in rustig gebied. Auto kan op eigen terrein en accommod...

Bed en badlinnen waren schoon. Huisje lag in rustig gebied. Auto kan op eigen terrein en accommodatie heeft een mooie tuin. De koekenpan (er is er slechts 1) bakt heel snel aan, die is aan vervanging toe.

We absolutely loved the property. Large, traditional, beautiful house and a beautiful garden that was wonderful to spend time in. If there was anything to complain about at all, it might be that the bed was a bit too hard. But we would definitely come back.
