This charming 28 m² studio apartment in Villarembert, within walking distance of the ski resort, has a mountain view and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area that is not separated from the studio by a door, and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises - 17 m² living room with double sofa bed (140x190), TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90x190) not separated by a door - A bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside area : - A 4 m² balcony overlooking the ski slopes, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
Neighbourhood: The studio is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free close to the accommodation, the car park at the bottom of the building is free.
A recharging point is also available in the car park at the foot of the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne 15 km away (25 min by car) - Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère 170 km (2 hours by car) - Buses run between Saint Jean de Maurienne and Le Corbier - There is a free shuttle service to the resort next door, La Toussuire.
Other comments : - La voie lactée chairlift just a few metres away.
Next to the kindergarten: le pioupiou for ski lessons for the little ones. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
