It has a lovely 65 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 4,700 m².

Ground floor: - A 65 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (first flambé offered) and opening onto the terrace - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Dining room with fireplace - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140x190) and a bathroom with bathtub - Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200), a double sofa bed and a study area - Bedroom 4: with 1 single bed - Bedroom 5 : with 1 double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower, bath, 2 washbasins and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, fan, pizza oven.
Outside: - A lovely 4,700 m² private enclosed garden surrounding the house with play area (swing and slide) - A 110 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Lierville, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 10 vehicles.

La maison est conforme à la description et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Elle est bien équipée, à la fois charmante et moderne.

La Clé des Champs "La maison a vraiment été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le propriétaire est vraiment aux petits soins, accueillants.
Étant un habitué du Airbnb, cette demeure et son grand jardin non loin d'une gare est un lieu pour se réunir entre amis pour un long week-end ou un court séjour.
