We are offering this charming house with mountain views for rent in the town of Xonrupt-Longemer. It has a surface area of 170 m² and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa and a TV
- A living room with a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80×200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (80×200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds (4 single beds)
- A bathroom with toilet
- A large living room with a piano, table football, and lounge area (with fireplace and TV)
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed and 2 single beds
Outside:
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace with direct access from the kitchen, furnished
- A 20 m² terrace on the 1st floor, north-facing with furniture
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden (unfenced) with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Xonrupt-Longemer, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
Summer: hiking, downhill mountain biking, activities at Lake Xonrupt-Longemer (pedal boats, swimming, water sports), tree climbing, horse riding, etc.
Winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Épinal, 28 miles (48 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg, 110 km (1 hour 35 minutes by car)
Other comments:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). If you do not take this option, we invite you to bring your own sheets.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- The stairs are steep.
