Information about the host
Centrally located in Siegsdorf, you will find our quiet holiday home with a large natural garden in a sunny location. NEW: The Chiemgau Card is free of charge for our vacation guests. Your newly renovated holiday home offers space for 5 adults and 2 children (including a toddler up to 3 years). A covered carport and parking spaces directly at the house are available free of charge. WLAN is also available free of charge throughout the house. A south-facing balcony with bench and folding table invites you to enjoy a cosy stay. Outside, near the front door, there is a sheltered dining area and a terrace with seating and awning on the south side. Siegsdorf's railway station (Bayerische Regiobahn), town hall square and various shops and pharmacies are just a few minutes' walk away. Many excursion destinations nearby make your holiday an experience. In Ruhpolding, 8km away, there is a climbing garden, summer toboggan run, a golf and mingolf course and a leisure park. The Hochfelln cable car takes you from the nearby mountains to the summit at an altitude of almost 1,700 metres. The Chiemsee, which is ideal for swimming, water sports and relaxation, is just 10 minutes away by car. The Königsseeregion, Salzburg (30 min.) and Rosenheim are ideal for day trips. Pets and parties are not allowed, smoking is not permitted in the house.

Siegsdorf bietet vielfältige Freizeitangebote, wie das MammutMuseum, ein beheiztes Freibad mit Gastronomie und den Kurpark mit vielen Spiel- und Aufenthaltsangeboten. Die Weiße Traun lädt beiderseits zum gemütlichen Spaziergang im Auwald ein, in dem sich auch ein Kneippbecken befindet. Daneben ist die Siegsdorfer Traun zu einem Eldorado für Fliegenfischer geworden. Als Gastspieler können Sie auch die Tennisanlage im Ortsteil Rudhart nutzen. Ein Besuch der Adelholzener Wasserwelt ermöglicht Einblicke in die Entstehung und Abfüllung des bekannten Mineralwassers. Sie haben die Möglichkeit bereits von unserem Haus aus einige Wanderungen zu starten. Im Winter stehen Langlaufloipen in naher Umgebung zur Verfügung.

Siegsdorf railway station (700m). Train connection from Traunstein and Ruhpolding with long-distance connections to Munich and Salzburg.

Description of the accommodation
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area (including high chair), the living room with sofa and TV, a bedroom with single bed, bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. The bright balcony room on the upper floor is furnished with a 1.80 metre-wide double bed, luggage rack and wardrobe, seating for 2 guests and washbasin. A further room with two single beds (1 metre wide) and washbasin adjoins the second bathroom with shower and toilet. The "pirate's cave" with a 1.90m-long mattress (max. room height 1.80m, width 1.35m) is ideal for a child to play and sleep in. A travel cot is available for a small child and can be set up in any bedroom. Pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. There is a central heating radiator in every room (except the pirate room).
