Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² house with a view of the forest in Plougastel-Daoulas to rent for up to 4 people. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×190)
- Mezzanine with two single beds
Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² private garden (not enclosed) with a view of the forest
- A 12 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Plougastel-Daoulas, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Brest 14 km away (about 20 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne 15 km (about 20 minutes by car)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- The wood-burning stove is decorative and not functional.
