In the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer and close to the centre of Saint Aubin-sur-mer, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming house "Le chemin de la mer", located 300 m from the Cap Romain beach.
It has a surface area of 62 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
It comprises an attractive 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden.
The property is located in a quiet residential area.
Loud music and parties are not permitted.

The accommodation comprises - A 32 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 25 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A lovely 400 m² private garden, not overlooked and fully enclosed The house is ideally located between Bernières-sur-Mer and Saint Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Water sports on the beaches of Bernières-sur-Mer and Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer - D-Day sites: Juno beach (300m), Arromanches artificial harbour (18km), Longues sur mer batteries (25km), Omaha Beach American cemetery (38km) - Juno Beach Museum Courseulles sur mer (3km), Arromanches 360 Museum (17km), Douvres la délivrande Radar Museum (5km) - Caen Memorial (18km) - Amusement parks: Festyland caen (20km), Bayeux aventure in Cussy (36km), Eole aventure in Toufréville (28km) Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate 1 vehicle, or in the streets near the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Bus 101: from Caen bus station to the "Eugène Papin" stop (about 40 minutes) - Nearest train station: Caen 25 km away (about 30 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet 20 km (about 25 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus verbracht und die Normandie sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wunderschön. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Le Chemin de la Mer Wat een ontzettend fijn verblijf hebben we gehad. Precies goed om de vakantie te beginnen. Julien heeft ons zeer hartelijk ontvangen en leuke tips van de omgeving gegeven. Wanneer we weer een keer op doorreis zijn, zullen we dit huisje zeker onthouden.
