We are offering this magnificent, tastefully decorated contemporary house for rent in Arzon on the Rhuys peninsula, ideally situated close to the beach.
You’re sure to be charmed by all it has to offer! With a floor area of 100 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests, ‘L’Écrin du Crouesty’ comprises a 25 m² living room opening onto a private terrace, a contemporary kitchen open to the living room, fully fitted and equipped, and three bedrooms, including a separate master suite on the ground floor with a large bath and double washbasin, high-end bedding (140×190), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with one double bed (140×200) featuring a single washbasin and storage space, a beautiful shower opening onto the landing, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with two single beds suitable for children or teenagers. You can enjoy an enclosed terrace, fully equipped for your comfort with an outdoor table seating six for your lunches! A large electric awning will protect you from the sun. Outdoors: - A terrace with furniture to make the most of sunny days We look forward to welcoming you here to discover our beautiful region! All you need to do is drop off your bags and discover the beauty of the Gulf of Morbihan.
It’s the ideal holiday home for stays with family or friends. The house is ideally situated in Arzon in a very pleasant setting close to the sea. You’ll be within easy reach of all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets… There’s a small beachside restaurant at the end of the street and oyster farms nearby. Transport: - You may park temporarily in front of the property to unload and load your luggage.
Parking in front of the house is strictly prohibited.
Once you have unloaded your belongings, please park your vehicle in the parking spaces on the street just above the house. - Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF, approximately 35 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approximately 1 hour 45 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - As always with Cocoonr, cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. - To get your stay off to a good start, we provide you with a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a grocery kit, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products, and more... Terrasse sans intérêt gâchée par une clôture métallique très gênante ; le propriétaire aurait dû accepter de céder un coin de jardin pour rendre cette terrasse sympathique

L'écrin du crouesty Très bon court séjour. Le logement est de très bonne qualité. Un store occultant serait vraiment un plus dans une chambre d’enfants.
