Apartment Grottelle is a newly built semi-basement studio apartment, located near the center of Polignano a Mare.
The accomodation is about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350 m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the historic center overlooking the sea.
The apartment is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The house is accessed via a condominium entrance, you can use both the internal staircase or the lift. Inside the accomodation there is a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, sink, dishwasher, table with chairs and a small private outdoor area equipped with outdoor table and chairs.
There is also a small sofa, a double bed separated from the living area by a glass wall and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Appartamento Grottelle is about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile, and 400 m from the downtown of Polignano a Mare.
Bari Airport is 50 km away and Brindisi Airport is 82 km away.
The house is about 12 km from Monopoli, 17 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 37 km from Locorotondo, 41 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce.

At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation) Check-Out: before 10am Cautionary Deposit: 100€
