In the commune of Le Tholy, we offer you this charming 100 m² house with mountain views, jacuzzi and sauna, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 30 m² living room (with ethanol fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 900 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
First floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, rocking chair, armchair, TV and fireplace (first flambé offered).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fondue and raclette machine (integrated crêpe party)...
- Dining room opening onto terrace
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- A study area on the landing
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) and chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140x190) and closet
- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140x190) and mezzanine queen-size bed (160x200). A catamaran-style net acts as a safety net, allowing you to lie down in it.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Exterior:
- An annex with a jacuzzi available all year round (5-6 people maximum), a sauna, a shower, a WC and a relaxation area. This annex is available as an optional extra, payable on arrival: €150/stay.
- A beautiful 900 m² private, open garden (sloping) where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the valley and the village.
- A 45 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Le Tholy, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby you'll find a bakery, a tobacconist and a bar...

- The ski slopes are 13 km away. The easiest way to get there is by car: 15-20 min. Alternatively, it's possible to get there by bus: 1 bus between Le Tholy and Gerardmer center and a free shuttle between Gerardmer center and the Mosellaine resort: approx. 1h journey.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate 3 small vehicles / 2 large vehicles. For additional vehicles, there is a free public parking lot with electric hook-ups 300 m from the property.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Épinal 30 km (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Épinal 73 km (1h by car)
- Bus: Le Tholy is served by a bus from Épinal to Gerardmer.
Other notes:
- This is an ethanol fireplace. The first fire is offered (1L of ethanol for about 45min of fire).
- Pizza oven and ethanol fireplace are for adult use only.
- Mezzanine not suitable for unaccompanied children under 8 years old.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optics)
- Fire extinguisher in garage
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
