The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Barneville-Carteret offers this charming 40 m² flat with a sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 3 people.
Work on the façade of the building will take place until June 2026.
Slight nuisance may be experienced during the day.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 13 m² living room with 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and a TV - A 16 m² living room with a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC The flat is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Barneville beach a few metres from the residence, Poitinière beach 10 minutes by car - D-Day landing beaches about 1 hour's drive away - Mont Saint-Michel, 1h45 by car - Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg - Visit to the English Isles (Jersey), Carteret lighthouse, Le Nez de Jobourg, La Tour de l'île Tatihou, le calvaire des dunes de Biville, L'Anse du Brick, la Maison du Biscuit...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the residence car park or in the public car park near the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Valognes, 31 km away (about 35 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 120 km (about 1? hours by car).
You'll need a car to enjoy the region to the full.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
