The fine Bungalow and the furnishings have been carefully chosen to provide comfort and coziness with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The owner ensures you lack nothing—a terrace and garden with a hot tub. During your stay, you get access to the park next door, where there are numerous play opportunities (indoor and outdoor) for children. On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 18:00 hours at this holiday home.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
