Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 93 m² house with sea and mountain views in Pianottoli-Caldarello, which can accommodate 4 people. It comprises a lovely living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two shower rooms. There's also a garden of around 500 m² to enjoy! Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with two sofas, a bench, a fireplace, dining area, TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, electric oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), wardrobe, shower room and 9 m² terrace with furniture and sea views.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: electric griddle, washing machine.
Outside:
- A beautiful 500 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture, lighting and electrical sockets.
The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- For sports enthusiasts: tennis, sailing, water sports, diving, golf, horse riding, hiking...
- You can visit Bonifacio (rudder of Corsica, cliffs, port, citadel, Hermitage of the Trinity, churches); the Lavezzi Islands; Porto-Vecchio, prehistoric sites...
- You'll have the chance to stroll along many beaches: the Saint-Jean beach, Palombaggia, Santa Guilia, Rondinara or Pinarello.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the garden of the house (two vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Figari, about 11 km away (11 min by car)
- Boats: Porto-Vecchio (30 min) or Propriano (45 minutes)
- We recommend that you use your car to make the most of your stay.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics).
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Air conditioning is only available upstairs in the bedrooms.
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking. Special care is required if they are small, as they can pass through the gate or the fence at the back.
- The inside staircase is secured by a net. However, we advise you to be vigilant with small children who approach it.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
