We are offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Fréhel, situated 400 metres from the beach.
With a floor area of 48 m², this flat, which sleeps four, is brand new and has a three-star rating.
Situated on the first floor (with a lift) and featuring Wi-Fi via a 4G dongle, it comprises a lovely 24 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. Please note that construction work is currently taking place opposite the residence.
At certain times, this may cause some noise or visual disturbance.
However, work is suspended at weekends and on public holidays, as well as throughout August. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 24 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: - A balcony to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally situated in Fréhel, in a very pleasant setting near the magnificent Penthièvre coast and the GR34 hiking trail, which will delight walkers.
The beach, water sports, an 18-hole golf course and bike hire are just some of the activities on offer.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s garage. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Lamballe - Nearest airport: Rennes Other notes: - Fibre-optic Wi-Fi, - Bed linen and towels included, - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation To access your accommodation, you can choose between: - Self-check-in: by collecting the keys directly on site from a key box. - A welcome in person: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you around the house, share some local tips with you and hand over the keys. l acceuil prevue a 18 H30 personne des numeros tel de bureaux clos la distribution des clefs en panne et cerise sur le gateau une indifference de votre representant total depannage 11h30 le lendemain cout un diner une chambre un dejeuner reponse je vous ferez parvenir les demarches pour les reclamations

Comfortable for 2, nice large living area and well equipped kitchen area. Short walk to a really super sandy beach and several nice restaurants.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for and the location was perfect for us. With two young children it was within easy walking distance of the beach (which is beautiful soft sand and shallow water). There is a bakery approx 50m down the road and several cafes/restaurants along the main street.
Our contact was very quick to solve any issues or queries we had.
