This charming 129 m² air-conditioned house with private pool in Cairanne can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It has a lovely 43 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 900 m² garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 43 m² adjoining living room with sitting area, sofas and TV, a reading area with two armchairs and a bookcase. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage cupboard, shower room with shower and WC and access to the terrace. - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage cupboard and a shower room with shower and WC - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space - Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space - A shower room with shower and WC Outside area : - A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 3.50x7m and 1.40m deep.
Open only from April to the end of October.

All the essential shops, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Activities : - Electric bike hire for adults and children 200m from the accommodation (equipment such as trailers and child seats also available). Information and payment on site - Hiking, cycling: Mont Ventoux - Dentelle de Montmirail, - Village visits: Fontaine de Vaucluse, Les Alpilles, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Vaison la Romaine, Avignon, Orange. - Numerous markets - Antiques market in Isle-sur-la-Sorgues - SPIROU Park - Crocodile Farm Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
There is also a free car park 50 metres away and a communal electric vehicle charging point 200 metres away. As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare Orange 15 km, Avignon 40 km - Nearest airport: Marseille airport 110 km Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change. - In hot weather, please close the windows and shutters to keep the accommodation cool and to help protect the environment. - The owner will clean the swimming pool every other day. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. - Owners available close to the accommodation if needed during your stay. - The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 8 people of all ages. - A welcome pack including coffee pods, a roll of toilet paper and some condiments is provided at the start of your stay.

House finished to a high standard, well equipped and with plenty of space. Secure parking in the large drive. And we made full use of the swimming pool!
All good, but would suggest the owners fitted locks on the ground floor WC, and first floor shared bathroom, as not all in our party were from the same family! We were a group of 6 friends - 2 married couples and 2 individuals.

L'Ostalada LEMH "Maison très bien équipée et rénovée avec goût, très propre, bien située et au calme. La piscine est adaptée à toute la famille.
Les voitures peuvent être garées dans la cour, l'extérieur est totalement clos et fermé par un portail motorisé.
Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et gentils, nous recommandons vivement cette location."
