Cocoonr is offering this charming 37 m² flat for rent in Gérardmer, featuring a shared swimming pool and accommodating up to 4 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 10 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 10 m² living area with a sofa, TV and dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A shared 10x5 swimming pool (unheated, open from June to September) - A 9 m² terrace with furniture, facing south so you can make the most of sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Lake nearby - Linvosges - Pedalo and electric boats - Skiing at La Mauselaine - Tour de la Merelle - Various walks - Film festival (late January) - Daffodil Festival (April) Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Metzeral, 40 km away (50 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Colmar, 56 km away (1 hour by car) - Shuttle bus available during the winter ski season Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use - As the accommodation forms part of a block of flats, certain areas such as the outdoor spaces, corridors and the swimming pool are beyond our direct control. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. Séjour pour encadrer des participants au triathlon et découverte des environs. Attente pour recevoir les clés ( mal donne ) sur la façon donc clés cachées donc pas d'explication donc pas d'accès à la piscine. Retard du concierge pour le dernier jour. Logement sale et vétuste.
