Welcome to La Petite Maison dans la Prairie, a haven of peace nestled in the heart of bustling Rennes.
This charming 76m² town house, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers, is located in the garden of a building just a stone's throw from the Jacobins conference centre, and offers a peaceful, leafy setting.
With all rooms facing south, it is bathed in natural light throughout the day. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows: Garden level : - A living room with TV and sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc., as well as a dining area - Separate WC 1ᵉʳ floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed - Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed - Shower room For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A shared garden - A 30 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Rennes, close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market (Les Lices every Saturday morning). Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking space in the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gare Saint-Jean - Nearest airport: Rennes-Saint-Jacques-De-Lande airport Other remarks : - 4* hotel quality linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting to arrive on your own. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 5pm. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area located 400 meters from the accommodation, about a 5-minute walk. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Would recommend. Nice spot, rooms are upstairs for anyone who may be elderly. Very spacious and clean and bright with good amenities. Great location. We were stuck outside in the courtyard after we turned in keys due to an interesting outdoor situation but was able to eventually figure out- host was very responsive. Thank you

Le logement était très propre, parfaitement équipé, lumineux et situé dans un environnement très calme.
Nous nous y sommes immédiatement sentis comme chez nous, grâce à un accueil chaleureux et attentionné.
Nous comptons y retourner avec plaisir pour rejoindre notre fils, étudiant à Rennes.
Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons vivement.

Petite maison très agréable et charmante. A l’abri du bruit du centre ville cependant au cœur de Rennes. Nous avons déposé la voiture dans le garage couvert et nous avons ensuite circulé à pieds dans le centre ville. Elle est très bien isolée, il y fait chaud et elle est très fonctionnelle. Je recommande vivement.
