Lovely studio apartament perfect for 2 people, located in a characteristic, recently renovated period building.
The accommodation is well located on the edge of the historic center, a few steps from all points of interest and in an area equipped with all services.
Lecce is only 30 minutes away by car, while in 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina.
Possibility to book the apartment next door "La Torretta" for a total of 4 beds. The 40m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a period building with independent access from the street (a low step at the entrance) and is divided as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and electric oven - LIVING AREA with dining table, split A/C, armchairs and TV - SLEEPING AREA with double bed, built-in wardrobe and clothes hanger - BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: the external area is under video surveillance for security reasons. N.B.: the fireplace is NOT usable. All identity documents of residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and involve a supplement as follows: - From 9.00pm to 11.00pm - Euro 25.00 - From 11.00pm to 12.00am - Euro 30.00 - From midnight to 01.30 - Euro 40.00. To better organize your check in, please communicate your arrival time in advance. The tourist tax of 2.00 euros per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 8 nights, as required by the municipality of Nardò. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. Nardò Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. Located halfway between Lecce and Leuca, Nardò is a beautiful town nestled on the Ionian coast and is among the most popular destinations in Salento.

Essere ad un passo da tutto
Struttura situata in una zona ZTL e quindi nn transitabile con il grosso problema di nn saper dove parcheggiare l auto , cosa che andrebbe specificata nella presentazione della struttura e vacanza !!!!

Logement neuf et fonctionnel situé dans le magnifique centre historique de Nardò. Rien ne manque. William a pris soin de nous tout au long de notre séjour. Toutes les informations étaient claires et correctes. De nombreux commerces à proximité. Il est facile de se garer non loin du logement. Nous vous recommandons vivement La Torretta Home de William.

We had a wonderful time here. House was very clean and functional. Check-in and check out where very easy. Nardo is such a lovely town and we would definitely come again!
