Accommodation: The house features two spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed, accommodating up to four guests comfortably.
Amenities: Our house comes fully equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Relax in the inviting living area, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The property also benefits from a private garden, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or alfresco dining.
Parking & Transportation: Street parking is available, making it easy for those traveling by car. For those relying on public transportation, Southend's excellent transport links are within easy reach, connecting you to nearby towns and London.
Local Attractions: Southend-on-Sea offers a plethora of attractions and activities to suit all ages and interests. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

While away from the main thoroughfares still in a pleasant a busy area. The property was great for a break away. The facilities, furnishings and equipment were good.
