The accommodation comprises - A 38 m² living room with television, 2 two-seater sofas, 1 single-seater sofa, WiFi access, numerous cupboards, library area. - An open-plan fully-equipped kitchen: central island (3 burners), cooker hood, table with 4 chairs, electric kettle, oven, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils. - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160*200), wardrobes, courtyard view, manual curtains - Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160*200), wardrobes, hanging space, view of inner courtyard, manual curtains. - Large bathroom: walk-in shower, large washbasin, heated towel rail. - Separate WC with small washbasin. Outside: - A full-length balcony overlooking the street, with a table and 4 chairs. The flat is ideally located in Villeurbanne, in the skyscraper district, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: La Part-Dieu (access by metro lines A and B) or by the C3 departing from Cours Lafayette. - Nearest airport: Saint-Exupéry in 30 minutes with the Rhône - express, departing from Part-Dieu. - Metro line A: Gratte-ciel stop . - Bus lines: C26, 66, 27 . Great stay in a very comfortable, well equipped apartment. It actually seems bigger than it looks in the photos and we loved that the bedrooms were away from the kitchen and living area. Communication with the agency was simple and efficient.

Appartement très agréable ; propre ; rangé ; fonctionnel. La place de parking est vraiment un plus pour se garer. Accès métro + commerces à 300 m.
