House of 90 sqm on 3 floors, ideal for 4 people, equipped with air conditioning and wifi. We are strategically located: about 10 minutes walk from the Hospital and less than 10 minutes by car from the University. The historic center can be reached via the cycle path or a walk along the city canal. This property is the perfect solution for those looking for the convenience of the city without sacrificing tranquility.


The house is structured on three levels connected by an iron spiral staircase - please be cautious if traveling with children.

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia Airport - Ronchi, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes walk from the airport) to Udine station, from which you can continue by bus to the apartment.


- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 3 to the stop "UDINE viale Volontari della Libertà 61 (piazzale Chiavris)," which is a 2-minute walk from the property.


- If traveling by car, a parking space is not included. However, you can park for free on the street (white lines - NOT guaranteed).

To get to Udine, you can take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio from Venice or Trieste; from here, the roads to reach Udine are the SS13, SS54, and SS56.
