The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 42 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool in L'Île-Rousse, about 50 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with sofa bed, dining area, TV... - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - cabin room with porthole window - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - cabin room with porthole window - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A shared swimming pool (4×12 m), unheated, fenced, childproofed and open from May 1 to September 30. - A 15 m² terrace with furniture and view of the pool to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities: L'île-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun worshippers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate in Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes. - Take the Marinella promenade along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli. - Equestrian club for visits to La Pietra - Jet ski rental - Tourist train Transportation If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: L'île Rousse, 2 km away (4 min by car, 18 min on foot) - Nearest airport: Calvi, 24 km (28 min by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - A parent is responsible for children's swimming.

🙁 Una sola finestra in tutto l' appartamento, bagno ceco come anche le due stanze.
Dotazione della cucina assolutamente insufficiente, neanche un coltello da cucina.
