Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 50 m² flat for rent in Fréhel, 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 37 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 37 m² living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- A 100 m² shared garden to make the most of fine weather
- A stone barbecue is available for the whole residence.
The flat is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Fréhel has a number of beaches, including the Golden Sands, with many restaurants nearby, a casino, a golf course, tennis courts, inflatables for children, rosalie hire and a nautical centre.
- Visits to Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte.
- Sables d'or les pins beach 200 m away
- Anse du Croc beach, a magnificent fine sandy beach with a view of Cap Fréhel, it is less than 1 km away.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. 22 kWh charging point for electric vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, 23 km away (25 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 107 km (1 h 21 min by car)
