Cocoonr agency offers this charming 60 m² apartment, ideally located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a residence in Strasbourg, in a pleasant and convenient setting. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this apartment stands out for its functional layout, natural light and comfort.

Perfect for a family holiday, a trip with friends or a business stay, it offers a welcoming and relaxing setting, with all essential amenities close at hand. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, cleaning is included and 4★ hotel-quality linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels) is provided.

For your comfort, the beds will be carefully prepared before your arrival. The accommodation comprises the following : - A lovely 25 m² living area, bright and welcoming, featuring a TV and a double sofa bed, ideal for spending quality time together. - A fully equipped kitchen including : refrigerator, hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils, designed to make preparing meals easy and allow you to fully enjoy your stay. - Two lovely bedrooms, each featuring a double bed (140×190), providing an ideal environment in which to relax and unwind. - A modern bathroom with shower, as well as a separate WC for added everyday comfort. - Additional amenities : washing machine, ironing board and iron, high chair and baby cot, providing everything you need for an independent and comfortable stay. Surroundings : The accommodation enjoys a very pleasant setting, close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets.

Just a few minutes from the UNESCO-listed historic centre, you can easily explore Strasbourg, its quays, iconic streets and unique atmosphere. Transport : If you choose to travel by car, the recommended car park is the Austerlitz car park (subject to charges), located close to the accommodation. Getting around : - The “Porte de l'Hôpital” tram stop (lines A & D) is located right outside the building. - Strasbourg Central Station can be reached in just a few minutes by tram. - Strasbourg-Entzheim International Airport can be reached by public transport and by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre-optic connection). - Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is accessible from 4:00 pm. The keys must be collected from a secure key dispenser located in a residence 400 m from the accommodation, accessible 24 hours a day. Lovely place just a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and 10 minutes to Petite France, perfect location for some exploring. Two nice bedrooms both a good size with lots of storage. Good kitchen facilities. Carrefour city a 4 minute walk away. Would have appreciated mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready at the desk, and a full length mirror somewhere would be useful. Only one mirror in bathroom.

Lovely apartment, so central, can walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again. Trams right outside the door, but not noisy. Just a few minor suggestions- kitchen roll and a cloth to wipe surfaces would be good. And perhaps a separate bin for recycling. Had to go to another building to get ri...

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Straßburg. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Lediglich der Lärm der Straße mit Straßenbahn hat vor allem abends / nachts etwas gestört, bei 2 Nächten konnten wir darüber aber hinwegsehen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
