This spacious vacation home can accommodate up to 24 people and is located in Saint Idesbald 800 meters from the beach. This vacation home is part of a beautiful, very new residence. The shopping street of Sint-Idesbald is great for shopping or eating out. For this you can of course also go to De Panne or Koksijde. The coastal streetcar from Sint Idesbald takes you along all coastal sights. A day out with the kids? Then Plopsaland is a stone's throw away.
On the first floor is a spacious living room with two dining tables, sitting area with a television and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a 6-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, filter coffee maker and a Senseo. In the hall is a toilet. The garage is equipped as a relaxation area with a table tennis table, table soccer. You will also find an extra refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and an infrared sauna for up to 3 people. There are two high chairs available.
The second floor has four bedrooms. The first has four bunk beds, the second a double bed with an adjoining bathroom with a shower and sink, the third four single beds and a crib and the fourth four single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and double sink and another bathroom with a bathtub and double sink. On the landing there is another separate toilet.
On the second floor there are two more walk-through bedrooms both with three single beds and a crib.
Outside there is an enclosed garden with three large terraces equipped with garden furniture. There are two sun loungers, a large (charcoal) barbecue and a petanque court. The driveway has room for two large cars and two smaller cars.
Particularities
• Student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years.
• The deposit of EUR 500 is settled for any damage and energy consumption: electricity EUR 1.20 per kWh, gas EUR 2.40 m3, garbage bags EUR 1 each, water consumption is calculated as a flat rate of EUR 50 for the weekend, EUR 70 for a midweek and EUR 90 for a week.

Koksijde is a beautiful Belgian seaside resort with a beautiful wide white beach where you can sunbathe, swim, fish or practice beach sports. A tram runs along the entire coastline, taking you from seaside resort to seaside resort, with stunning views from the tram. Take lovely walks or cycle tours through the dunes on one of the many marked routes. For a great day's shopping, head to historic Dunkirk in France or World Heritage city Bruges, rich in beautiful museums, monuments, city parks and impressive architecture. Take a long city walk or take a boat on the canals. In short: plenty to see and experience!
