This spacious villa can accommodate 24 people and is within walking distance of the beach. You can take beautiful walks through the dunes because in less than 10 minutes walk you are on the beach. In addition, the shopping street of De Panne is around the corner where you can shop or have a delicious meal. For this you can also go to Sint-Idesbald or Koksijde. The coastal streetcar from De Panne takes you to all coastal attractions. A day out with the kids? Then Plopsaland is one kilometer away.

Layout
On the first floor there is a large sitting area with a spacious sofa, large television and, of course, free wifi. There is also a large dining/living area with three dining tables, 2 high chairs and an extra refrigerator with freezer. In the open kitchen there is a table with eight chairs and the kitchen includes a large 5-burner stove, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine. In the hall there is a separate toilet.

On the second floor there are five bedrooms. Two bedrooms with four single beds, two bedrooms with a double bed (140x200) and one bedroom with a bunk bed (90x190). In addition, on this floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a sink, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and a baby changing table. In addition, there is a separate toilet.

The other two bedrooms are located in the attic. There is a bedroom with six single beds and a bedroom with four single beds. There is also a large walk-in shower, toilet and a sink on this floor.

In the basement you can use a table football game and a billiard table.

Outside is a fully enclosed garden with a large terrace and garden furniture, a (charcoal) barbecue and parking for five cars.

Particularities
The deposit of EUR 500 is settled for any damage and energy consumption: electricity EUR 1.20 per kWh, gas EUR 2.40 m3, garbage bags EUR 1 each, water consumption is calculated as a flat rate of EUR 50 for the weekend, EUR 70 for a midweek and EUR 90 for a week.

De Panne is a beautiful Belgian seaside resort with a beautiful wide white beach where you can sunbathe, swim, fish or practice beach sports. A tram runs along the entire coastline, taking you from seaside resort to seaside resort. Take lovely walks or bicycle rides through the dunes on one of the many marked routes. For a great day's shopping, head to historic Dunkirk in France or World Heritage city Bruges, rich in beautiful museums, monuments, city parks and impressive architecture. Take a long city walk or take a boat on the canals. In short: there is plenty to do here!
