This lovely three-bedroom duplex penthouse is located on the third floor and contains two large bathrooms with marble floors and walls, a fully fitted kitchen with separate utility room, BOSCH appliances, air conditioning (hot/cold), fitted wardrobes, safe and more. It also enjoys a large terrace from where you will be able to admire the spectacular views over the swimming pool, mountains, golf course and the sea.

There is a free street parking available. The accommodation is prepared with a new AC/Heating system in March 2023.

4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
9. In case of lack of water the community will have to take emergency measures, by closing the pool because they are unable to refill the pool and comply with the water quality control.
10. 8. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.
11. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €1000.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation. The Urb. La Quinta Golf is located in the heart of the Golf Valley, just ten minutes from Puerto Banus and five minutes from San Pedro and Nueva Andalucia. From La Quinta it is just a ten minute drive to Marbella, with it's picturesque, historic Old Town and wonderful seaside promenade.
You also have easy access to the A7 motorway and AP7 toll highway.
