Welcome to La Terrazas 3, a stylish two-bedroom apartment in La Quinta, Marbella, offering a spacious corner layout and a private terrace with pool and golf views.
Set in one of Marbellaâs most desirable areas, itâs perfect for guests seeking sun, scenery, golf, and the Costa del Sol lifestyle.
With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and essential amenities, itâs just 15 minutes from Puerto Banús, Marbella Old Town, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Our apartment located in La Quinta has: - Two bedrooms. - Two bathrooms. - Fully equipped modern style kitchen. - Living room with relaxing and dining area. - Terrace with lounge set and Bbq. - Pool view - Sunset views. - Wi-Fi. - Hairdryer. - Air-conditioning and heating system. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. 3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application.
All information will be visible in the application.
As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability.
The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of â¬25,00 is applicable. 6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date.
After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside.
The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 8. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools.
For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools.

The regulation issued by the Junta de AndalucÃa also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit per E-Mail erreichbar und haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert, sobald es ein Anliegen gab. Der Pool war sehr groß und bestens gepflegt. Alles oud en versleten veel te mooie bedrieglijke fotos gescheurde kussens nauwelijks gerief in de keuken buiten deuren die nauwelijks dicht kunnen totaal gebrek aan comfort
