The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming 80 m² flat with mountain views and ski station within walking distance for rent in Ax-les-Thermes.
It can accommodate up to 8 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - An enclosed, shared 800 m² garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Ax-les-Thermes, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - All mountain activities - Thermal baths (relaxing indoor/outdoor pool, treatments and massages) - Visit the caves, wolf park, etc. - Further information is available from the Ax-Les-Thermes tourist office. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Ax Les Thermes train station, about 3 minutes' drive away. - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 1h34 min by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Accommodation classified 5 diamonds by the town hall - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - For your safety and that of the owners, a video surveillance camera is positioned outside, facing the small and large gates. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
A flat-rate supplement may be requested. - Any misstatement of the number of travellers may result in the immediate payment of a flat-rate charge of €15/day/person, or in the immediate cancellation of the booking.

Le Cèrvi We had a great few days stay. The house was exactly as described, very well equipped and really spacious. The outside space is a real bonus, as was being able to park in a private space. Lovely surroundings and a beautiful view over the mountains and the town is just a few minutes walk away.
