The Cocoonr Agency is offering this charming holiday home for rent in the town of Bernières-sur-Mer, situated around 300 metres from the beach.
It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and a lovely terrace.
We look forward to welcoming you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob… - A separate toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with one double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet Outside: - An 18 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more. Activities: The beach at Bernières-sur-Mer and the sailing school.
You’ll also find numerous beaches in the surrounding area (Courseulles-sur-Mer, Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, etc.). You can also enjoy a variety of walking and cycling routes starting from the accommodation.
For history lovers, don’t miss a visit to the Juno Beach Centre, the D-Day landing beaches, the American and German cemeteries, or the Caen Memorial.
There is also an equestrian centre and tennis courts, as well as the JOA Casino in St Aubin. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen, 25 km away (30 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Caen, 20 km away (30 mins by car) Other notes: - Steep stairs in the accommodation - Combi oven and microwave - A pedestal fan is available for your use - Iron and ironing board available in the accommodation - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

Heb er een fijn verblijf gehad. Het huisje was schoon en opgeruimd.
Heerlijk dichtbij het strand. Ben er een week geweest met mijn kinderen.
Er is weinig te doen in de directe omgeving, het is wel heel rustig en vond ik ook wel jammer. Dan is een week best lang...maar we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, het is een prachtige omgeving!!

Nous étions un couple et le logement est parfait pour 2
Un point positif c'est des toilettes aussi bien au rez de chaussée qu'au niveau des chambres.
Nous voulions être proche de la mer et c'était tout à fait le cas
Heureusement qu'il y a INTERMARCHE car pas ou peu de commerce et/ou restaurant surt...

logement mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins.
beaucoup de commerces ont fermé .
pas d'activités le soir , obligé d'aller sur saint aubin sur mer et courseimulles sur mer ( animés le soir )
