Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Maisons-Alfort (Charentonneau) offers for rent this charming but completely renovated worker's cottage, with a modest but functional surface area of 80 m², which can comfortably accommodate 5 travelers.
The house was part of a complex created by carpenter-cabinetmakers in Paris's Faubourg Saint Antoine in 1907. The complex included all the houses on the two passages between rue Raspail and rue Chevreul, and was called “LE REFUGE”. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (including an attic bedroom on the 2nd floor with a single bed), a shower room and a 100 m² garden.
Wifi (fiber optic) included. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 20 m² living room with sofa and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, town gas... 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC 2nd floor: - Bedroom 3: with 1 single bed (90x180) Basement: - You'll find a separate toilet, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, clothes line and drying rack, a barbecue, deckchairs and fans. Exterior: - A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden with an arbour for dining in fine weather. The house is ideally located in Maisons-Alfort, in very pleasant surroundings and at the gateway to Paris (200 m from the metro), which means you can get to the Opéra district in around 30 minutes.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby. Activities : - Theater - Fragonard Museum - Marne River, 500 m from property - Bois de Vincennes 1 km away - Disneyland 36 km via A4 freeway (30 min by car) Transportation : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the property. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Metro line N° 8 is at the end of rue Raspail (10 min walk) - Nearest train station: Maisons-Alfort 1 km away (20 min walk) - Nearest airport: Paris-Orly 14 km (25 min by car) Other remarks : - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

La casa está increíblemente bella, te sientes totalmente en Paris, las camas excelentes y perfecto para que 5 personas durmiéramos cómodos, nada apretados. Lo único que nos pareció solo un poco incómodo fue el olor a humedad, pero en general nuestra estancia fue muy agradable! Gracias a los anfitriones por la comunicación ya fluida y por todas las atenciones.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien équipé, confortable et idéalement situé.
