This modern six-person villa with private pool is located in Hertsberge, a municipality in the rural, green corner of West Flanders, adjacent to the beautiful park and forest area of Bulskampveld. This villa is located in the owner's garden. From here, you can also visit the charming seaside resorts on the Belgian coast or characteristic Bruges. A stay in this villa guarantees a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Layout
This beautiful villa has a comfortable living room equipped with many extras such as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, Ipod and MP3 player docking station, wireless internet, radio and Playstation3. In winter, you can warm up by the cosy gas heater. The open kitchen also offers you every comfort, including a dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, oven with grill and microwave. Downstairs there is a luxurious sauna room with Raindance and waterfall shower and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you will find three spacious double bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds and a writing desk. Here you will also find a spacious bathroom with double sink, bath and toilet. A cot can be provided on request.

Outside you will find a covered terrace with garden furniture. A splashing success is certainly the swimming pool which is heated in the months of May to September. There is also an hottub, outdoor shower, a barbeque, deck chairs and a large play lawn where children can let off steam. The hot tub is equipped with jets and LED lighting will be available. They can also have fun playing table tennis and petanque. Your bikes are safely stored in the bike shed.

Particularities
Please note that this property is located in the owner's yard/garden. You have privacy but the house is not isolated, peace and quiet is also appreciated.
The pool can be used from early May to mid-September.
Energy costs are according to consumption, this will be deducted from the deposit on the spot. Wood for the hot tub can be bought from the owner.
Upon arrival, the beds are made for you and the towels are waiting for you! Soap, shower gel and bath foam are provided for you. Also standard in the house are kitchen linen, dishwasher cubes, rubbish bags, toilet paper, kitchen rolls and salt and pepper.
Receiving visitors is not allowed in this holiday home.

Surroundings
The Hertsberge area offers numerous leisure, cultural and sporting activities (such as cycling along cycle junctions). The cycling network leads you through the beautiful surroundings of the Westhoek. Various excursions to, for example, the coast or Bruges are a short distance away. You can also visit the Boudewijn-Seapark, Choco-Story (chocolate museum), the Toverplaneet (indoor playground) or the Beisbroek observatory.
