The accommodation comprises - 27 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A kitchen opening onto the living room and equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: with 1 double sofa bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 7 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather - 38 m² enclosed garden facing south-west The apartment is ideally located in Langrune-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities : - Sailing club in Langrune - Cycling - Whale park at Luc sur mer - Juno beach center in Courseulles sur mer - Landing beaches - Caen Memorial - Abbaye aux dames et aux hommes Caen. - Casinos in St aubin sur mer Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. Two numbered spaces are available. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Caen 22 km (30 min by car) with Nomad bus link (line 101) - Nearest airport: Caen Carpiquet 24 km (30 min by car) Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - High chair and cot available - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Les Anemones.Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und sauber.Sehr schön ist auch der kleine Garten und natürlich die nahegelegene Parkmöglichkeit.Es ist alles barierefrei zu ereichen.Das Meer ist auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.Langrune sur Mer ist eine nette kleine S...

Un logement parfaitement bien équipé dans lequel on se sent très vite chez soi ! Les plages et le petit centre ville charmant sont accessibles à pied. On recommande ce chouette logement !
