Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 43 m² apartment in Bénodet which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Exterior:
- A 12 m² west-facing terrace with views over the golf course and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Walks and bike rides from the residence
- Mer Blanche beaches 5 minutes away by car
- Bénodet beach 10 minutes away
- Water sports and UCPA center 5 minutes away
