The apartment is in the basement. Direct access to the beautiful garden with fruit trees and seating, as well as a grill for perfect barbecue evenings, is available here. Directly opposite the house there is a large playground that makes children's hearts beat faster.

The eat-in kitchen offers all the comfort you need to prepare delicious meals. There is a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. You can also enjoy your meals at the dining table with a fantastic view of the garden. The large smart TV with streaming option is ideal for relaxed movie evenings on the spacious corner sofa.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

In the bedroom you will find a large king-size bed (180x200m), as well as a single bed and an armchair bed. There are also two wardrobes here to store your things. We are also happy to provide you with a baby bed and a high chair.

You can park for free in front of the house in the marked areas. When you book the Souterrain apartment, you will receive access to the sauna relaxation room and the shared fitness corner, which is available to all three apartments in the house.

The WiFi is free for you in the accommodation.
Games and books for adults can be used free of charge.
