The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 120 m² cliff-top house for rent in Tréport, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 450 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: a mezzanine bed (90x190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot.
Outside:
- A beautiful 450 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Le Tréport, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Funicular railway 5 minutes' walk away (open all year round and free of charge)
- Visit to Château d'EU
- Visit to the Collegiate Church of EU
- Visit the Kahl Burg
- Old harbour museum
- Nautical centre: Sailing, Kayaking, Canoeing
- Boat trips along the coast
- Little tourist train
- Casino
- Walks / Hikes on the cliff top, on the beach, the "cordiers" district, Mers les bains, the Bois de Cise
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, in the house's private car park and in the public parking spaces in front of the house. A total of 4 vehicles can be parked.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Le Tréport - Mers-Les-Bains 4 km (8 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Le Touquet 80 km away (1 h 15 by car)
