## Space The accommodation is arranged as follows: - a large entrance with space to secure bicycles or other equipment - a large main room with equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, crockery and utensils, etc.), dining room and lounge area with sofa, seats, coffee table, TV cabinet and television - 2 bedrooms each with: double bed, storage cupboard and desk - a bathroom with large Italian shower, vanity unit and washing machine - separate toilets Through the main room, you will access the garden level offering a beautiful view of the Revard mountain and the lake.
You will have a small outdoor dining room for 4, a rest area and can also enjoy the garden! To note that: - The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house with 3 apartments (1 neighboring studio and 1 apartment on the 1st floor). - You will have 2 private parking spaces - The apartment has wifi - Sheets and towels are included - Check-in and check-out times are flexible on request (except in the event of crossed departure and arrival) Le Bourget-du-Lac is a charming village bordering the magnificent Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France, supporting a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruising, pedal boats, diving, etc. …) – 2 m on foot.
You will also be close to: - the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year – From 15 minutes by car. - the town of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage – From 15 minutes by car. - the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, cycling, hiking, paragliding, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz – From 45 minutes by car .
Before your arrival at the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information! Bourget-du-Lac is very well served: - one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network.
The road network, both national and departmental, irrigates it directly, linking it doubly to Aix les Bains and Chambéry. - 15/20 minutes from Aix les Bains or Chambéry stations, where the TGV takes you to Paris in three hours. - 10 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports. - Several bus lines also allow you to reach the lake or town at different times of the day. ## Interaction Géraldine and Stanislas have chosen to place the management of their second home in our caring hands and thus allow you: - to count on our availability to welcome you or assist you in case of problems throughout your stay. - to benefit from concierge services on demand. ##Notes
