There's a kitchen/diner with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, alongside a sitting rom with room heater. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, 2 designated parking bays available. Two quiet, well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 0.5 miles. Sylvannah a delightful retreat in Buxton. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: CCTV in operation outside the property. Note: only trained puppies allowed. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests in total (including infants) with a maximum of 4 adults. Check-ins on Mondays and Fridays only.

Had a fabulous stay at Sylvannah in March. Communication from Tessa was excellent before, during and after our stay. Perfectly located in Buxton for all amenities, a short walk to local restaurants and public houses. Superb welcome basket and added little touches around the house. Our pooches loved their treats and comfy dog beds. We couldnt of asked for more

Great place to explore Buxton and beyond. Perfectly positioned. The property is the most resourced of holiday homes we have stayed in. The winery’s account for every eventuality and taste. We’ll definitely return for another visit

We have stayed at many cottages/houses over the years, this was by far the best. There was everything in it you would need and beyond. A wonderful welcome basket, and exceptionally clean. The dog was spoilt too with treats, blankets and towels. 10 minute was to town, lovely and quiet too. Exceptional.
