Casa Hernando is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse duplex apartment, with communal pool, gardens, air con, Wi-Fi, lift and private parking.
The property is located just 150m to the beach, restaurants and shops.
If you want to be close to the sea and the wonderful beaches of Denia then Casa Hernando is for you.
This 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Penthouse apartment with lift and communal swimming pool is perfect for a fabulous holiday.
The property has full air conditioning, wifi and private parking.
On the ground floor you have one bedroom with a double bed which is perfect if someone has difficulty with stairs.
On the upper floor you have 2 more bedrooms.
One is a double and the other is a twin..
On each floor you have a large terrace with sofa, dining table and sunbeds.
The apartment also has distant sea views.
For those accutely sensitive to noice, please note there could be some traffic noise from the road below but as you are on the 4th floor this is greatly reduced.
The lounge has a very comfortable sofa and dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment enjoys a large swimming pool with an additional children’s pool, gardens and a children’s play area.
The shops, restaurants and bars are very close indeed.
A car is not essential to stay at this property.
You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and the shops in less than 2 minutes.
Denia is a fabulous town with something for everyone.
The tree lined streets are full of restaurants, shops and cafeterias.
You can walk to any of the 3 Marinas and watch the boats come and go whilst enjoying a drink or why not visit the port where each day at about 6pm the fishing boats arrive and you can buy their daily catch direct from the boats.
Maybe you would like a trip to Ibiza or Majorca.
The ferries leave and return each each from the port in Denia.
Denia has everything for you to enjoy a very happy holiday so come and enjoy it at Casa Hernando.
