Bright studio apartment of about 30 square meters, comfortable, consists of a kitchenette with induction hob, double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.
The apartment also has a small equipped outdoor balcony where you can eat and relax, enjoying the beautiful sea view. Apartment facilities: - kitchenette equipped with induction hob; refrigerator with freezer; fan; cooler; small terrace with sea view; parking space Residence services: - tennis court for a fee; use of swimming pool from about mid-June to about mid-September; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Important Notes: - minimum age to check in years 21 - pets not allowed - deposit (compulsory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 3 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot - check-in at our agency, between 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm, after 8:00 pm: 50.00 euro surcharge
