Accommodation description
This luxury apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small and child-friendly apartment complex (35 apartments) in the picturesque town of Port Grimaud. It is accessible by elevator and features a modern open-plan kitchen, and a contemporary living room adjacent to the large balcony (28m2). On the 1st floor, you find the 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and also a balcony where you can read a book in peace. The area is car-free! You have your own parking space
Port Grimaud, is the outport and seaside resort of the southern French town of Grimaud and is characterised by its pastel-coloured houses, the many bridges connecting the various streets, and a network of canals. As a result, this seaside resort is also known as the Venice of southern France. In a water area like Port Grimaud, it goes without saying that there are many water sports possibilities. You can rent a boat at several places and jet skis and pedalos are available for rent on the beach in Port Grimaud. Windsurfing, water-skiing, paragliding, diving, and snorkeling are also common. There are many cosy bars, cafés, and restaurants in Port Grimaud with terraces right on the quay walls. Have a nice meal and stay there until it gets dark. Port Grimaud is then lit by numerous lanterns and together with the lights from the houses, it gives a very romantic atmosphere. In short, Port Grimaud is highly recommended as a holiday destination on the Côte d'Azur, the town gives you a real holiday feeling!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.

Le dimensioni della casa, i tre bagni, appartamento luminoso, completo di tutto, ottima l'aria condizionata e il wifi. Appartamento attaccato alla parte di Port Grimaud che si affaccia sui canali.
Anche se gli infissi di ottima qualità non lasciano passare il rumore, l'appuntamento è sito in una via un po' troppo trafficata per i miei gusti, credo soprattutto nella settimana di Ferragosto.

Sehr angenehme Wohnung, sie war sehr geräumig, es war wirklich alles da und alles war sehr sauber. Die Lüftungsanlage machte einen ständigen Lärm (auch wenn die Klimaanlage nicht an war) und hinter dem Gebäude ist die Verbindungsstraße zwischen St. Tropez und Ste Maxime, so dass es ständig Lärm gab....

Heel aangenaam appartement, het was heel ruim, echt alles was aanwezig en alles was heel netjes. Voor ons waren er 2 kleine minpuntjes, het ventilatiesysteem maakte constant lawaai (ook als airco niet aanstond) en achter het gebouw loopt de verbindingsweg tussen St Tropez en Ste Maxime dus daar had ...
