Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 120 m² house in Quimperlé for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 passengers (limited to 6 adults). It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 3 ha garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with king-size bed (180×200), bathroom (with shower)
- separate WC
- garage with washing machine and tumble dryer
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: triple bunk bed and single bed
- Bedroom 4: triple bunk bed and single bed
- Bathroom (with bathtub)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 3-hectare garden + 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Quimperlé, in a very pleasant environment, with the living rooms opening onto the garden facing south. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Equestrian center 10 minutes away by car.
- Canoeing center 10 minutes away by car.
- A large state forest 3 minutes away by car also accessible by bike if you bring your bikes.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (three vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Quimperlé train station about 8 minutes away by car, Lorient train station about 22 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Brest airport, about 1h20 by car
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
