The apartment is located in a high standard residence, very quiet and secure (monitored 24/7) with elevator.

It is fully furnished with new quality furniture (roche bobois, bo concept etc).


It is composed as follows

- Spacious living room with flat screen TV, sofa and dining area with a table for 6 people. The living room opens onto a first terrace of 13m² with a breathtaking sea view.

- Bedroom 1: double bed with storage, sea view and adjoining bathroom.

-Bedroom 2: double bed with en-suite shower room

- Fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the second 61m² terrace also offering a magnificent sea view and having a private jacuzzi.

Wifi and air conditioning available throughout the apartment


In the residence, you can benefit from a private parking space, two swimming pools as well as access to tennis courts.


The apartment is ideally located near Juan Golf Beach (7 minutes by car) and Palm Beach (10 minutes by car).

Travelers have access to the entire accommodation.


## Interaction


Our agency is available via the platform chat and by telephone to assist you throughout your stay.

A person will come on site to welcome you between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you wish to arrive outside of this time slot, please contact us to see how we can do so.

Please give us your arrival time no later than the day before your arrival so that someone from our team can come to you to give you the keys and welcome you!


##Notes


The swimming pool is not heated.

A set of sheets is provided per bed with 2 shower towels per person upon arrival. You can request additional sheet kits if you wish! We will give you the price for these additional sheets upon quote.

Cleaning is done at the end of your stay. However, you will need to take out the trash and do the dishes when you leave before handing over the keys.

Departures are at 10 a.m. Please contact us at the latest the day before your departure to confirm the time of handing over the keys so that someone can come on site!
