The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 120 m² house for rent in Saint-Martin-Du-Puy (Plainefas), 100 m from the Lac du Chaumeçon, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a lovely 7,000 m² plot of land.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, dining area and fireplace
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room
- A utility room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Office area with balcony
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- 7,000 m² of beautiful, private grounds, planted with trees and surrounded by a natural fence (hedges, trees, stones).
- Three terraces of 20 m², 8 m² and 8 m², surrounding the chalet, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Plainefas (commune of Saint-Martin-Du-Puy), in very pleasant surroundings, with a view of the lake. The essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market are just 10 minutes away.
Activities :
- Numerous hiking trails, mountain bike trails, bike rides, donkey rides, fishing on the lake and on the Chalaux.
- Swimming, canoeing, paddling on the lake, kayaking, rafting, white-water swimming on the Chalaux (500 m away).
- Visits to castles: Guédelon (fortified castle), Vauban at Bazoches-en-Morvan.
- Vézelay, one of the most beautiful villages in France, a pilgrimage site to Santiago de Compostela, with its magnificent basilica. A UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- The town of Saulieu, renowned for its gastronomy.
