Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this accommodation will seduce you with its cozy atmosphere and brightness.


Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre in one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover the magic of this city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will stay close to shops, 50m from the City Hall, 200m from the casino, and 300m from the beach.


The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet residence. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home.


Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows

- A living room with a seating and dining area. The living room is equipped with a high-quality convertible sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and a Smart TV with access to your accounts (Youtube, Netflix, etc). An office space for travelers wishing to work remotely is also available.

- A separate fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.

- A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and quality bedding.

- A beautiful bathroom with a rainfall shower, toilet, and washing machine (out of order).


The accommodation is very bright and cozy.


Available for your use: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, Smart TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc.


Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


Let's be respectful: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damage.



##Access


When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Parking is charged around the accommodation from 9 am to 12 pm, then from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A quick trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around the city.

Nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10c/15min extra. 7-day package 23 euros.



##Interaction


We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our accommodation. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!



##Neighborhood


The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the beach, City Hall, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, gourmets will be satisfied, especially with Les Halles, which is less than 50m from the apartment. You can also enjoy the various restaurants in the city center (Les Enfants Sages, Le Margote, La Tablée, etc.).



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done in person between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize your key handover as smoothly as possible.


Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.


We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid by the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid identity document may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
