##Space Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this accommodation will seduce you with its cozy atmosphere and brightness.
Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre in one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover the magic of this city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You will stay close to shops, 50m from the City Hall, 200m from the casino, and 300m from the beach.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet residence.
Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home.
Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows: - A living room with a seating and dining area.
The living room is equipped with a high-quality convertible sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and a Smart TV with access to your accounts (Youtube, Netflix, etc).
An office space for travelers wishing to work remotely is also available. - A separate fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals. - A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and quality bedding. - A beautiful bathroom with a rainfall shower, toilet, and washing machine (out of order).
The accommodation is very bright and cozy.
Available for your use: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, Smart TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc.
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Let's be respectful: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 pm and 7 am.
No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damage. ##Access When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.
Parking is charged around the accommodation from 9 am to 12 pm, then from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles.
A quick trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around the city.
Nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10c/15min extra. 7-day package 23 euros. ## Interaction 🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option.

For your shopping, gourmets will be satisfied, especially with Les Halles, which is less than 50m from the apartment.
