This luxury 11 person holiday home is situated in a beautiful setting in the heart of the Ardennes at about six kilometers from La Roche-en-Ardennes. Here you can experience everything! Join a horseback ride and explore the beautiful surroundings. In warm and cold weather you can enjoy a delicious hot tub (without chlorine) for an additional fee and between April and September you can swim in the heated outdoor pool. Indoors there is also a spacious sauna and a massage shower. You will fully enjoy this beautiful holiday home.

Layout
The cozy living room has a dining area and a cozy sitting area with a satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo. The pellet stove (pellets for a fee) makes it extra cozy. The kitchen has a four-burner stove, oven, microwave with grill, two refrigerators, a freezer, dishwasher, kettle, two filter coffee machines, washing machine and a high chair. On the ground floor is one bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a bathroom ensuite with shower, bath, sink and toilet. In the sauna room there is a third shower possibility.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and two single beds (90cm x 200cm) and two sinks, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and a cot and a bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm). ) and a single bed (90cm x 200cm). There is also a second bathroom on the floor with a shower cabin, sink and toilet.

Outside you have a lovely large and enclosed garden with a spacious covered terrace with Smoker bbq !. The children will certainly be entertained with the playground equipment. Furthermore, in the garden there is of course the swimming pool, the hot tub with possibilities to use the whirlpool facility, a bowling alley, darts game and a table tennis table. There is also the possibility to charge your electric car (max. 16 Amps and with normal plug or 3-pin industrial plug).

Particularities
The swimming pool is available from May to September.
The costs for wood and pellet consumption are deducted from the deposit after your departure (EUR 12 per bag of firewood and EUR 12.50 per bag of pellets).
The owner offers you a free guided walk on the Canyon in the valley of the Ourthe (320m2 altitude) without obligation. The walk can be extended with climbs and descents.
One pet is allowed. If you want to bring a second pet, you can contact us to discuss this.
The cost of the hot tub includes the use of the hot tub facility. The hot tub is wood-fired, the consumption of firewood depends on the outside temperature. The firewood is offered at the purchase price.
The energy costs for using the electric car charging station will be deducted from the deposit.
After booking, you can book hiking, cycling and mountain biking tours in consultation with the owner.

Surroundings
La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.
