Cocoonr offers this charming 135 m² air-conditioned villa with private swimming pool for rent in Le Thoronet, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,050 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises on the ground floor - A 20 m² living room with two sofas, one of which is an electric recliner, and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen (south-facing) with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 with a double sofa bed (real mattress 140x190) and a bunk bed, desk - Bedroom 2 with a master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room, wc, 2 m² balcony - Separate WC on the first floor - Bedroom 3 with king-size bed (180x200), shower room, dressing room, wc For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to October (fitted with two alarms) size: 1st part 9 m² with 50 centimetres depth and a 2nd part with 50 m² and 160 centimetres depth (weekly visit from the pool attendant). The swimming pool is available out of season on request for a supplement of €15/day. - A lovely enclosed private garden of 1,050 m² + terrace of 100 m² (south-facing) with furniture, table tennis table with rackets, boules, bowling green with boules available, children's corner with books and games to enjoy on sunny days. The house is ideally located in Le Thoronet, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : 15 minutes from one of the most beautiful markets in the Var at Lorgues on Tuesdays and Fridays. The villages of Salernes, Villecroze, Aups, Cotignac, Entrecasteaux, Carcès and Tourtour are less than 20 km away. The beaches of St Tropez and St Maxime with their fashionable boutiques, restaurants and a multitude of small shops of all kinds. The Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Ste Croix offer rendezvous, sailing, canoeing, swimming, picnics and restaurants less than an hour's drive away. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one vehicle) and private car park (four vehicles) and the carport of the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Cannes, about 1h10 by car - Nearest airport, Cannes-Mandelieu, about 55 minutes away Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Villa Le Saphir "We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property.
🙂 The property was beautiful and very well kept and had a fabulous pool. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious and private. The hosts Sophie and Fabien were also very welcoming and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone."

Villa Le Saphir An absolutely beautiful villa located in such a lovely and private location. Super peaceful and the villa has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Hosts Fabien and Sophie were very welcoming and helpful, we can't wait to come back.
